TRAI
The key figure TRAI (Time Reporting Accuracy Index) is a measure of how close time reporting takes place in relation to when the work was performed. There is a clear relationship between this difference and the amount of time that is forgotten when reporting. The greater the difference, the more time is forgotten.
TRAI is displayed on a scale from 0% to 100%. At 100%, the time has been reported in direct connection with when the work was performed (same day). At 0%, the time has been reported more than a week after work has been performed. Each individual time is calculated as well as a company average for the period is displayed.
