Office check-in
In a world where the hybrid office is the new normal Treks offers a feature for co-workers to check-in to the office. This helps both managers and co-workers to know who's working on-site and who's working remote.
The check-in feature is actually a special type of enabler, you can read more on enablers.
Every co-worker can add the check-in enabler to their personal list of projects and absence types on the registration view. To check-in the user simply checks the checkbox for Office Check-in in the registration view. It's also possible to check-in using the mobile app or, if you have activated the Slack integration, you can check-in via the Treks bot.
Check-in via the web
Just check the checkbox for "Office Check-in". It will save automatically.
Check-in via mobile app
Click "Add a new time". Pick "Enabler" then pick "Office Check-in" from the list. You don't need to enter any hours, just click "Save".
Check-in via Slack
Open the chat with the Treks bot/app. Type "checkin". The bot will confirm and you're checked in.
If the integration with Slack has been configured properly the bot will post a list of all checked in users at the beginning of each day.
