Contracts
Contract represents the user's employment period or in case of a subcontractor this will be the assignment contract. Enter a start and end date for the contract and the work hours per day. You can also enable or disable flex for the duration of this contract. You can also add a cost for the contract, if the user has a monthly salary enter the gross salary or enter the hourly rate in case of a subcontractor. The cost is used by reports to calculate margin, contribution margin etc.
The work hours per day should represent the scheduled hours expected on a full week. Treks will automatically calculate the actual scheduled work hours for each time reporting period based on the global work schedule.
Treks comes with Saturdays and Sundays set as non working days and the administrator can change the work schedule to add or remove additional non working days.
