Salary

Payroll data can be exported in PAXml format which can then be imported into your payroll program. In order for an export file to be extracted, you must have set a PAXml code for your projects and that employees must have an employment number. If any of this information is missing, you will see an export warning that requires you to complete the information on projects or employees before you can extract the file.

Invoicing

Documentation for invoicing can be taken out as a CSV file. When you invoice, Treks automatically locks the period so that no further changes can be made. If you do not want Treks to lock automatically, you can contact Treks support to turn off that feature for you.

History

Here you can see when an export was made, what type of export and by whom. You can also download the export file as it looked at the time.
