Roles
Treks has flexible role management. You can add any number of roles yourself and set which permissions the roles should have. In this way you can divide your users into e.g. consultants, sub-contractors, financial staff and administrators.
Each role can be assigned permissions. These are currently:
hasReports
Access to the report view.
hasPlanning
Access to the planning view.
hasDashboard
Access to the overview view.
hasSettings
Access to all setting views.
hasAlerts
Access to the alarm view.
canEditOtherUserTimes
This permission gives the role access to be able to select users in the reporting view. The user who has this permission can thus register time on other users' accounts and lock / unlock periods.
canViewAllUsers
The role can show all Treks users. Used, among other things, when reports are to be generated. If this permission is used together with canViewOnlyMyUsers then this permission applies.
canViewOnlyMyUsers
Only users assigned to a user with this role can be displayed. Used, among other things, when reports are to be generated.
canViewCosts
Costs / salary information is displayed for users with this role.
canLockPeriodNonSequential
Users with this permission can lock and unlock periods without having to take into account that the periods must be locked / unlocked in sequence.
canUpgradePlan
The permission allows the user to upgrade Treks from the free version to the paid version.
canSignIn
Users with this permission can log in to Treks. Only users with this permission will be included in the export of payroll files.
canHaveUsersAssigned
Users with this permission may have other users assigned to them. Used to divide users between e.g. project managers, team leads, consulting managers.
canExport
Access to the export view where invoice documentation and salary documentation can be exported.
canRegisterTime
Access to the registration view. Users with this role can report time in Treks.
hasSalaryExport
Users with this authorization will be exported on a salary basis.
